The Nipigon District Family Health Team will be at our next walk-in Mobile Health Clinic in Red Rock at Mountain View Court – 30 Taylor Ave, Thursday, June 18th – from 1:30-3:00pm.
Our services include:
• Blood Pressure Checks
• Vaccines(Pneumonia/Tetanus)
• Blood Sugar Checks
• On-site follow-up scheduling with healthcare providers
• A welcoming space to enjoy refreshments and conversation with other locals
