FHTs
Family Health Teams (FHTs) are a vital component of Canada’s health-care system, to provide citizens with better access to doctors and other healthcare requirements. Our team brings together doctors, nurses, nurse practitioners, social workers and other health-care professionals, dedicated to keeping Ontarians healthy.
