The Nipigon District Family Health Team will be hosting our Nipigon walk-in Mobile Health Clinic at the Community Centre in the main lobby – 138 Wadsworth Dr. Monday, October 26th from 12:00-1:30pm.
Our services include:
• Blood Pressure Checks
• Vaccines(Pneumonia/Tetanus)
• Blood Sugar Checks
• On-site follow-up scheduling with healthcare providers
• A welcoming space to enjoy refreshments and conversation with other locals
