The Nipigon District Family Health Team will be at our next walk-in Mobile Health Clinic in BZA at the BZA Medical Centre – 502 Spirit Bay Rd, Wednesday, September 23rd from 1:30-3:00pm.
Our services include:
• Blood Pressure Checks
• Vaccines(Pneumonia/Tetanus)
• Blood Sugar Checks
• On-site follow-up scheduling with healthcare providers
• A welcoming space to enjoy refreshments and conversation with other locals
