DESCRIPTION:The Nipigon District Family Health Team will be at our next walk-in Mobile Health Clinic in BZA at the BZA Medical Centre – 502 Spirit Bay Rd\, Wednesday\, September 23rd from 1:30-3:00pm.Our services include:• Blood Pressure Checks• Vaccines(Pneumonia/Tetanus)• Blood Sugar Checks• On-site follow-up scheduling with healthcare providers• A welcoming space to enjoy refreshments and conversation with other localsWe look forward to supporting the community’s health — one visit at a time!
