DESCRIPTION:The Nipigon District Family Health Team will be hosting our Nipigon walk-in Mobile Health Clinic at the Community Centre in the main lobby – 138 Wadsworth Dr.  Monday\, October 26th from 12:00-1:30pm.\n\n\n\nOur services include:\n• Blood Pressure Checks\n• Vaccines(Pneumonia/Tetanus)\n• Blood Sugar Checks\n• On-site follow-up scheduling with healthcare providers\n• A welcoming space to enjoy refreshments and conversation with other locals\n\n\n\nWe look forward to supporting the community’s health — one visit at a time!
