The Nipigon District Family Health Team will be at our next walk-in Mobile Health Clinic at the Hurkett Community Centre located at 110 Hwy 582 from 1:30-3:30pm.
Our services include:
• Blood Pressure Checks
• Vaccines(Pneumonia/Tetanus/Flu)
• Blood Sugar Checks
• On-site follow-up scheduling with healthcare providers
• A welcoming space to enjoy coffee and conversation with other locals
