The Nipigon District Family Health Team will be at our next walk-in Mobile Health & RAAM Clinic at the BZA Medical Centre, Wednesday, March 11 – located at 502 Spirit Bay Rd. from 1:30-3:00pm.
Our services include:
• Blood Pressure Checks
• Vaccines(Pneumonia/Tetanus/Flu) – PLEASE NOTE: Should you require any additional vaccines, contact the Family Health Team prior to March 11, and we would be happy to provide them.
• Blood Sugar Checks
• On-site follow-up scheduling with healthcare providers
• A welcoming space to enjoy coffee and conversation with other locals
